Do you ship to assisted living facilities or care homes?
Yes. Just enter the facility name on line 1 of the address and the resident's name on line 2. We can also coordinate delivery times with front desks — just leave a note at checkout.
Can a family member order on behalf of a parent?
Of course. You can ship to a different address than the billing address, and add a gift note. Many of our customers order for their parents and have us ship directly.
What if a product doesn't work for us?
Send it back within 60 days, used or unused, for a full refund. We email you a prepaid return label — just put it in the box and drop it at any post office.
Are your products covered by Medicare or insurance?
Most daily living aids are not covered by Medicare, but many qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement. We provide itemized receipts for any submission.
How long does shipping take?
